At RHNOR, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s a quick guide to our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange is possible ONLY if you received a wrong or damaged item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and original packaging.
- Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
You may request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unwashed.
The item must be in original packaging with tags intact.
An unboxing video is required as proof in case of any issue. - Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Incorrect size sent by us
Manufacturing defect - Exchange Policy
Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability).
Customers will bear the delivery charges for exchanges. - Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the product is out of stock.
Otherwise, exchange will be provided. - Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
Change of mind
Slight color difference due to lighting or screen resolution
Initiating a Return

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning your item.
Sale Items
- No return or exchange on items purchased at discounted or sale prices.
Damages and Issues
- Kindly inspect your order upon delivery.
- Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at admin@rhnor.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized stitching, express stitching, and shipping charges are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International orders are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds are not standard practice; however, order cancellations within 24 hours may be considered.
- Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, which can be used on your next purchase.
- In applicable cases, refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at admin@rhnor.com.
