Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange is applicable ONLY if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and original packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating an Exchange
- Email us at admin@rhnor.com to initiate the exchange process.
- Our team will guide you through the return instructions.
Sale Items
- No return or exchange is available on items purchased at discounted or sale prices.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at admin@rhnor.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized stitching, express stitching, and shipping charges are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International orders are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- For faster processing, return the item as per our instructions.
- Once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
- Refunds are not standard practice.
- Order cancellations within 24 hours may be considered.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
